Ingredients
- 30g butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion
- finely chopped King Soopers 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09", "1 celery, finely chopped", "1/4 cup flour", "2 cups reduced fat milk", "425g can tunain brine, drained", "250g penne pasta, cooked and drained", "100g baby spinach leaves", "1 cup grated KRAFT Light Cheese", "salt and pepper, to taste", "2 1/2 - 3 cups crusty bread, torn into 2cm pieces", "1 cup grated KRAFT Light Cheese, extra", "steamed vegetables, to serve
Instructions
- MELT butter and oil in a large saucepan and saute the onion and celery for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
- Stir in milk and bring to the boil, stirring until thickened.
- Add the tuna, pasta, spinach and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- POUR the mixture into a greased 26cm x 20cm casserole dish.
- Top with bread and scatter over extra cheese.
- BAKE in a moderately hot 190 degrees C oven for 20-25 minutes or until topping is golden and crunchy.
- Serve immediately with vegetables.
