Crusty Rhubarb Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
- Combine oil and lowfat milk and then pour over the flour, salt and sugar.
- Mix lightly with a fork and press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
- Set aside.
