Crunchy Veggie Butter
Ingredients
- 12 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine (softened)
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl stir together hazelnuts, butter and honey.
- If not serving immediately, cover and chill.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
- Toss with cooked vegetables.
