Ingredients
- 4 medium size potatoes
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grate potatoes on largest holes on four-sided grater (not the slicer part).
- Grate onion on one of the smaller holes.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Fry in about half inch of oil on one side till dark brown, then turn over.
- Keep stirring potato mix as juice and flour settles to the bottom before getting it spooned into the pan.
- Makes about 10 pancakes.
