Ingredients
- 2 pound grnd beef
- 1 med. onion
- minced
- 3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 med. green pepper
- minced
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. finely minced water chestnuts
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients mixing well.
- Shape into loaf and place on rack in shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
- Makes about 6-8 servings.
- I place strips of bacon on top of mine, cut a strip about 3 times.
