Ingredients
- 2 qt. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 3 cups POST BANANA NUT CRUNCH Cereal
- crushed
- 10 each egg
- 1-3/4 qt. sour cream
- 1 qt. milk
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt and baking soda in large bowl.
- Add crushed cereal; mix well.
- Beat eggs in separate large bowl.
- Add sour cream and milk; mix well.
- Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
- Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto heated buttered griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on top.
- Turn to brown other side.
