Ingredients

  • 4 x 125g snapper fillets
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT FREE Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix
  • canola cooking spray
  • 1 cup salsa
  • steamed seasonal vegetables
  • for serving

Instructions

  1. Dust the snapper fillets in the flour, shake off the excess.
  2. Spread the fillets evenly with mayonnaise and toss in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Chill.
  4. Spray a fry pan with canola and fry the fish over a medium heat until cooked through and golden.
  5. Place the fillets onto serving plates, drizzle with salsa and vegetables.
  6. Serve immediately.
