Croque Madame Muffin

Ingredients

• 1 slice White Bread
• 1 slice Ham
• 1 Egg
• 1 Grated Cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180 celsius
2. Remove the crusts of the bread slice
3. Coat muffin pan with slice of bread
4. Add the ham
5. Break the egg, let out a little of egg white and add the egg (using all the egg white will overfill)
6. Season to taste and add grated cheese
7. Bake for about 15 minutes
