Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken around 5 lbs
  • insides and skin removed
  • washed and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp steak seasoning
  • 1 salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken.
  2. Pat dry with a couple paper towels.You may remove skin if you like.
  3. In a crockpot the skin will not get crispy.
  4. Season Chicken inside and out.
  5. Cook in Crockpot on high atop 4 foil balls for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
  6. Or internal temp of 165 Bast Chicken with the drippings while it rests after cooking to give it even more flavor.
  7. Resist opening the lid on your crockpot to check progress, it will take the crockpot a long while to get back up to temperature.
