Ingredients

  • 2 whole Beef Pot Roasts
  • About 3 Lbs. Each
  • 3 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
  • 1 whole Bunch Celery
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 whole Onions
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 whole Green Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 3/4 cups Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1- 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Chop veggies very fine or combine in a blender with the remaining ingredients except the meat.
  2. Blend together well.
  3. (If not using a blender, mix together the seasonings/sauce items in a bowl.)
  4. Stack roasts one on top of another in a large crockpot and pour sauce over top.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours, breaking meat apart into shreds with a fork before eating.
