Ingredients
- 3/4 pounds Smoked Sausage
- Sliced
- 1 piece Large Boneless
- Skinless Chicken Breast
- Cooked And Chopped
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- Chopped
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
- Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Finely Minced
- 28 ounces
- weight Canned Diced Tomatoes
- Drained Slightly
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 10 ounces
- weight Frozen Cut Okra
- 1/4 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- You Can Add More If You Want
- Cooked White Or Brown Rice For Serving
Instructions
- Slightly brown the sausage and add to slow cooker.
- Add all the other items to slow cooker except okra and hot sauce.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low 8 hours, stirring often.
- Stir in okra and hot sauce.
- Cook 20 minutes longer.
- Serve over cooked rice.
