Crock-Pot Pork Verde
Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole roasted chilies
- 3 lbs boneless pork
- cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 garlic cloves
- minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- hot cooked rice
- for 4-6 people
Instructions
- Tear the whole chilies into rough strips and put into the slow-cooker.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- cover and cook on LO heat for 8 hours or on HI heat for 4 hours.
- Serve over rice.
