Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn
- drained
- 14 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 12 cups dried mashed potato flakes
- 1 12 cups sour cream
- 13 cup water
- 1 12 cups grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In skillet brown your hamburger, and drain well.
- Place beef in the crockpot and add tomato sauce, corn, onion, salt and pepper.
- Mix well!
- In bowl mix the potato flakes, with sour cream and water.
- Spread potato mixture over the beef.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7-10 hours!
