Crock Pot Hamburger Hot Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- chopped fine
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces salsa
- 14 ounces nacho cheese soup
- 8 slices Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onions in saucepan.
- Drain.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover.
- Cook on low 4 hours.
- Stir occassionally.
