Crock Pot Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 can cream style corn
• 1 can whole kernel corn
• 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
• 1 stick butter
• melted
• 2 Large eggs
• beaten
• 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix

Instructions

1. Spray pot with non-stick spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Pour in crock pot.
4. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
5. You can cook on high 4 hrs, it gives you a crisp ring around outside.
