Crock Pot Barbecue Beef Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 - 3 pound chuck roast
- 1 (15 ounce.) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 onion
- minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook on high till brown; then turn to low heat.
- Cook 6 to 8 hrs.
- Chop meat.
