Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast tenders
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 12 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- 12 cup spicy brown mustard
- 14 cup honey
Instructions
- Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a pie plate or shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken tenders in mixture and coat well with bread crumbs.
- Heat about a 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium high heat and fry tenders until golden brown and crispy on each side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with honey mustard (combine honey and mustard well:).
