Crispy Baked Cajun Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 3 to 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 to 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Prick the potato with a fork.
- Rub the potatos with the olive oil and place on the cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle the cajun seasoning liberally over the entire potato.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the skin is crispy.
- Split open and add your favorite toppings.
