Crisp 5 Minute Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 12 cups milk
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- melted
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat milk and add cabbage.
- Boil gently 2 minutes.
- Mix flour and marg.
- Add a little hot milk from the cabbage.
- Stir into the cabbage.
- Cook and stir 3-4 minutes longer til thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
