Ingredients
- 2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (16 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. whipped cream
- Fresh fruit
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over water, let stand 1 minute.
- Combine sugar and lowfat milk in saucepan, cook over medium heat till sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in gelatin and almond extract.
- Mix in lowfat sour cream and whipped cream.
- Pour into oiled 6 1/2 c. ring mold.
- Refrigerate8 hrs.
- Unmold onto serving dish and serve with fruit.
- Serves 12.
