Creamy Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp. light oil or possibly extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
• 2 tbsp. heavy cream

Instructions

1. Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together.
2. Add in cream whisk vigorously till well blended.
3. Just before serving blend dressing and serve.
4. Makes 4 servings.
