Ingredients
- 375 grams Chicken & garlic ravioli
- 1/3 cup Chopped chives
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 Clive garlic
- minced
- 1 tbsp Chicken gravy powder
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Rasher bacon
- diced
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- sliced
- 1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach
- defrosted
- 1/2 Red capsicum
- finely diced
- 1 can Tomato soup
- (approx 440ml)
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 300 ml Thickened cream
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 Tomatoes
- chopped
Instructions
- Add water to a large pot- bring to the boil- throw in ravioli- return to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Strain and set aside.
- In the same pot add butter and bacon and cook for for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle on chicken gravy powder and also add mushrooms and garlic.
- Cook for further 2 mins.
- Now add diced tomato, capsicum and herbs.
- When tomato is slightly softened add tomato soup, both creams, cheese, spinach and ravioli.
- Heat through, season to taste and serve with toast.
- Not the most healthy meal but damn!
