Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- soft
- 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 12 hard-cooked Large eggs
- Pimento-stuffed olives
- sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules
Instructions
- Slice Large eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
- Mash yolks, and stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise and bouillon granules; mix till smooth.
- Stir in horseradish.
- Stuff egg whites with yolk mix and garnish with olive slices.
