Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 lb shrimp
- prepared
- 12 cup fresh asparagus
- cut in 1-inch pieces (may use frozen
- thawed)
- 12 cup sliced mushrooms
- 14 cup sliced green onion
- 14 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
- 34 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- hot cooked rice
Instructions
- .Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- Combine all ingredients except rice and place in baking dish.
- Cover and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve over hot, cooked rice.
