Creamy Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly plain yogurt
• 1 sm. onion
• finely minced or possibly grated
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tbsp. white wine
• 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. fresh bacon drippings (optional)
• 6 slices bacon
• cooked crisp and liquid removed

Instructions

1. Best with spinach, Romaine, or possibly other very crisp greens
