Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound round steak (1/2 thick
- lb. to 1/4 inch)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 med. onion
- sliced and separated into rings
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- chopped
Instructions
- Dredge steak in flour and place in 12x18 inch baking dish.
- Top with onion ring slices.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak, cover and microwave at 50% power for 25 min.
- Turn over and rearrange meat.
- Baste with sauce.
- Recover and microwave 20 to 30 min or possibly till meat is fork tender.
- Let cold for 10 min before serving.
- Serves 4 to 6.
