Creamy Gingerbread Squares Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) pkg. gingerbread mix
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 c. cream
- whipped and sweetened or possibly Cold Whip
Instructions
- Combine gingerbread mix, lowfat sour cream, and water.
- Beat 2 min at medium speed.
- Mix in raisins.
- Spread in a well greased and floured 9 inch square pan.
- Bake as package directs.
- Cold!
- Before serving, top with whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip.
