creamy cucumber

Ingredients

• 7 mini cucumbers-peeled
• and sliced
• 1/2 small onion- diced
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

1. in a med.bowl add peeled,and sliced cumbers,and onion.
2. in a small bowl add mayo,milk,and sugar.mix well
3. pour mayo mixture over cucumbers and onion.
4. chill for 2-4 hours.
5. ENJOY.
