Creamy Cheddar "Truffles"
Ingredients
- 1 cup Philadelphia Creamy Cheddar Cream Cheese Product
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
- finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese product and hot sauce until blended.
- Shape into 16 balls, using 1 Tbsp.
- cream cheese mixture for each.
- Roll in nuts until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
