Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery
- cut on the diagonal
- 1 bunch green onions
- chopped
- 2 carrots
- sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 Tbsp. each: finely chopped fresh gingerroot and oil
- 1/3 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- MIX celery, green onions and carrots in large glass bowl.
- HEAT oil in small frying pan and cook ginger until lightly golden; add to celery mixture, stirring well.
- MIX remaining ingredients together; add to vegetable mixture.
