Ingredients
- 3 c. sliced
- peeled tart baking apples
- 4 apples
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Put apples in 2 qt casserole or possibly baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla till light.
- Stir cream mix into apples.
- For topping, cut butter into oatmeal, flour, sugars, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle on top of apples.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Serves 4-6.
