Creamlessly Delicious Swedish Meatball Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup beef broth
• 12 cup cold water
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee

Instructions

1. Stir flour into 2 T meatball drippings or butter; add broth, water, and coffee.
2. Heat and stir until lightly thickened.
3. Pour gravy over meatballs.
