Creamed Squash Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 c. boiled
- mashed squash
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 beaten Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. flour
Instructions
- Mix squash, onions, salt, sugar and butter.
- Add in to mix lowfat milk, egg and flour.
- Blend well and turn into buttered baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min till bubbly.
