Creamed Cornbread Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce.) pkg. cornbread mix
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (17 ounce.) can creamed corn
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat Large eggs in large bowl till frothy.
- Sprinkle in cornbread mix.
- Add in oil and lowfat milk, mix till smooth.
- Stir in creamed corn.
- Pour batter into a well greased 14 x 10 inch baking pan.
- Bake 45 min or possibly till golden and hard.
