Ingredients
- 6 ounce. noodles
- cooked
- 2 c. chicken
- cooked & cut up
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced pimento
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cheese
- grated
Instructions
- Mix cooked noodles with chicken, celery, onion, pimento, butter, pepper and salt.
- In separate pan, heat celery soup, lowfat milk and cheese on low heat till cheese has melted.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2 qt greased baking dish.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake 25 min in 425 degree oven.
