Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 whole (8 ounce.) can peas
- liquid removed
- 1 whole (6 ounce.) can tuna
- liquid removed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 whole (6 ounce.) pkg. Creamette spaghetti
Instructions
- In medium size saucepan heat butter, stir in flour.
- Add in lowfat milk; and cook till smooth.
- Add in cheese; stir till melted.
- Add in peas, tuna, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat 10 min.
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Serve sauce over warm, cooked spaghetti.
- Makes 4 servings.
