Ingredients
- 60 grams Butter
- 100 ml Water
- 70 grams Plain flour (sifted)
- 4 Egg (beaten)
- 1 Powdered sugar
Instructions
- You need a circular piping bag tip.
- It's easier if you set the piping bag like this.
- Put the butter and water in a deep bowl and microwave at 700 W for about 3 minutes.
- Add all the sifted flour at once, and mix quickly.
- Then, microwave at 700 W for 30 seconds to a minute.
- Add the beaten egg in small batches, mixing well with each addition with a wooden spatula.
- When you scoop it up with the spatula, the mixture should form a triangle and drop slowly.
- Start preheating the oven to 180C.
- Put the mixture in the piping bag.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and squeeze the mixture out into your preferred sizes.
- Wet your finger, and gently shape the pointed bit.
- Spray with water, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Bake in the oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
- When baked, let them cool completely on a rack to finish.
