Ingredients
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add in scalded lowfat milk gradually.
- Cook 15 min in a double boiler.
- Stir constantly till mix thickens, at that time stir occasionally.
- Add in Large eggs, that are slightly beaten and cook 3 min.
- Cold and flavor with rum or possibly vanilla.
- Note: Pudding may be used as substitute for Cream Puff Filling.
