Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 14 small yellow onion
- finely chopped
- 14 small red onion
- finely chopped
- 14 small green bell pepper
- finely chopped
- 34 cup crushed pineapple (well drained
- VERY IMPORTANT)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 12 cups chopped walnuts (pecans work too if you prefer)
Instructions
- 1.
- Let cream cheese soften slightly so ingredients will mix well.
- 2.
- Add all ingredients to the cream cheese and mix well.
- 3.
- Form a ball with the cream cheese mixture.
- 4.
- Cover and refrigerate until it firms.
- (Usually only takes about 10 mins).
- 5.
- Cover the cheese ball with the chopped nuts.
- Serve with crackers, pita chips or toast points.
