Ingredients

  • 1 packages Cream cheese
  • 1 can Condensed milk
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple
  • 250 ml Fresh cream
  • 1/2 packages Cremora ( powdered milk)
  • 3/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 packages Tennis biscuit ( graham crackers)
  • 1/3 cup Butter ( melted)
  • 1 envelope Gelatine
  • 2 tbsp Boiling water

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits finely.
  2. Add melted butter.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Press into prepared pie fish.
  5. Beat the cream cheese and condensed milk together.
  6. Add cremora and mix well.
  7. Add lemon juice.
  8. Spoon in the pineapple ( including juice)
  9. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.
  10. Whip cream until reasonably stiff
  11. Add slightly cooled gelatine into mixture.
  12. Fold in cream
  13. Pour into base and refrigerate overnight
