Ingredients
- 6 -8 chicken breasts or 6 -8 pork chops
- 1 (14 ounce) can cranberry sauce
- whole berry
- 1 cup fat-free French dressing or 1 cup fat-free western salad dressing
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a 9 x 13 in pan place as many pieces of the chicken/pork that will fit in one layer.
- Mix together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken/pork.
- Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove cover.
- Bake another 20 to 30 minutes (to thicken sauce).
- Serve over rice.
