Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Thai curry paste
- 1 red bell pepper (Sliced)
- 2 12 cups coconut milk
- 2 12 cups fish stock
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 8 ounces fresh lump crabmeat
- 8 ounces shrimp
- 8 ounces oysters
- 8 ounces scallops
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 3 stalks green onions
- chopped
Instructions
- Heat Olive oil medium hi.
- Add Thai Curry Paste and Red Bell Pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
- Add coconut milk and fish stock and fish sauce.
- Boil.
- Add rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
