Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons firm butter
- 1 12 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 14 cup milk
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- softened
- 13 cup mayonnaise
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
- drained
- flaked
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos
- drained
- chopped
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 12 cup cheddar cheese
- shredded
Instructions
- Cut butter into baking mix until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Stir in milk until dough forms.
- Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix, roll in baking mix to coat.
- Shape into ball, knead 10 times.
- Pat dough on bottom and up sides of ungreased 12 inch pizza pan.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, dry mustard, red pepper, Worcestershire sauce and egg until smooth.
- Stir in crab meat and pimentos, spread over crust.
- Sprinkle with green onion.
- Bake 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 2 minutes longer.
- Cut into 6 wedges, serve immediately.
