Ingredients
- 2 large onions
- cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Secure onion slices with toothpicks to retain shape.
- Brush with oil; set aside.
- Mix mustard and chili powder; set aside.
- Grill onions 4 to 5 minutes each side or until crisp-tender and well glazed, brushing occasionally with the mustard mixture.
- Remove and discard toothpicks.
