Corn over Rice (Chowder?)
Ingredients
- 3 lbs frozen corn
- 12 cup margarine
- 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice (optional)
Instructions
- Dump everything but the rice into a crockpot.
- Turn on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- - OR - cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Turn down to warm until ready to serve.
- Serve over warm rice.
