Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves
- 4 cups loosely packed fresh spinach
- 3 cups watermelon cubes (3/4 inch)
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Instructions
- Heat heavy large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add sugar and nuts; cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until sugar melts and evenly coats nuts, stirring constantly.
- Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.
- Place spinach on platter; top with watermelon and cheese.
- Coarsely chop nuts; sprinkle over salad.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
