Ingredients
- 5 grams Dry yeast
- 40 grams Sugar
- 380 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 5 grams Salt
- 50 grams Condensed milk
- 240 ml Water
- 1 dash Bread (strong) flour
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your bread maker, set for the dough kneading course and turn it on!
- Once finished, take it out and divide into 18 pieces.
- The dough will be loose, so if you coat with flour while you work it'll make things a little easier.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Cover with a damp cloth to keep them from drying out.
- Press down from above to remove the air, then restore the round shape.
- If the dough is still sticky at this point, coat with flour again.
- Allow to rise at 40 C for 40 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once finished, place on a rack to cool, and they're complete.
