Ingredients
- 250 grams Hot cooked rice
- 1/2 clove Garlic
- chopped
- 1 Green pepper
- 1/2 tsp Soup stock granules
- 2 tsp Butter or margarine
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the green pepper.
- Put the butter and minced garlic in a frying pan, and turn on the heat.
- When the garlic has browned, add the rice, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Add the green pepper and mix everything together to finish.
- Here I served it with fresh salmon in sweet chilli sauce.
