Colorful Cucumber and Pepper Salad
Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- seeded
- cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 each red and yellow pepper
- chopped
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/3 cup chopped drained canned artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
