Colonia Roma

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
• 1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth
• 1/2 ounce yellow Chartreuse
• 1/2 ounce Branca Menta
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 3/4 teaspoon Simple Syrup
• Ice
• 1 grapefruit twist
• for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the twist.
